- Stick the 2 charts with the colourful dots onto a wall or on the fridge.
- The person doing the exercise should be arms length away from the chart.
- Have the chart positioned so that the black dot is at the persons eye level.
- Stare at the black dot and count to three.
- When you reach the count of three, very quickly dart your eyes to the next coloured dot on the chart and once again count to three.
- When you reach the count of three, very quickly dart your eyes to the next coloured dot on the chart and once again count to three.
- And so on untill you reach the last coloured dot in the sequence.
- When you reach the last dot, then carefully VERY SLOWLY and VERY SMOOTHLY with your eyes trace the dots one by one back to the start (black dot).
- When your eyes are back on the black dot, then repeat the whole process again twice more.
- Do the same process as above with the second chart which has the dots sloping diagonal top right to bottom left.
- Next cycle we need to start at the bottom dot (pink dot) and repeat everything again. i.e. focus on the pink dot and count to three then move your eyes quickly to the dot above it and focus on it for the count of three then the dot above that etc etc.
